In-House, 12-month interest free financing (NO CREDIT NEEDED)
Requirements for In-House 12-Month option:
• Roughly one-third (33%) of total purchase price as a deposit plus sales tax
• Proof of income (Most recent check stub, Social Security/Disability/Pension/Veterans' Award letters required)
• Proof of identification (Government Issued State ID/Drivers License and Social Security Card)
• Fill out application
• Eligible customers are welcome to pay towards a down payment before 12-Month financing period begins
• Everything must be fulfilled prior to delivery!

Albert's Home Furnishings offers a six month layaway program for all purchases (Minimum Total: $599.99)
Requirements:
- 20% deposit of total purchase price (Six-Month payment arrangement will follow)
- Total balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or pickup
- Similar to in-house financing, however customer is making payments toward the total balance and does not receive furniture until the balance is paid in full.
